NB: As from update 7, bush trips like this are no longer shown in MSFS under Activites-bush trips, but under Activities-custom content. Still stored in community folder.
1.0.5. fixed error in zip file
1.0.4.: set weather to live, so you can choose your own weather conditions, once you are inside the plane. I recommend clear skies and some 10 cm snow depth. if you have partially flown this trip: clear your progress, usually found at C:/users/yr name/AppData/Local/Packages/Microsoft.Flightsimulator_8wekyb3d88bwe/LocalState/MISSIONS/ACTIVITIES/this trip
New version: solved compatibility issue; this only effects Asobo requirement for pictures for bush trips.
( despite compatibility issues, old version simply works since compatibility only effects some picture sizes!)
Since MSFS currently does not recognize EHLW, the following addon is REQUIRED.:
Vliegbasis Leeuwarden by Thomas 1976 at https://flightsim.to/file/1901/vliegbasis-leeuwarden
or simply type Leeuwarden in the search box of flightsim.to and it is the first item on the list.
Starting from Leeuwarden airbase, you fly to Leeuwarden and from there over the 200 km iceskating course of the famous Elfstedentocht. The course ends in Leeuwarden and from there you fly via the city centre to Drachten airport where the trip ends.
Unpack zip file to your community folder.
I recommend using vfrmap plugin for visual reference. It shows you position on a map. It is freeware and the plugin is available on the internet. If you have one screen: either fly full screen and have vfrmap on a tablet ( use the Duet appp for that purpose) of fly MSFS windowed with vfrmap to the side. ( my preferred option on wide screen). You can then close the native vfrmap of msfs ( pretty useless anyway, since it can choose wrong waypoints if the trip includes flying around scenery or a back and forth element and you use getting back on track) and declutter your screen since vfrmap also shows your flying parameters.
Of course you can also fly with Little Navmap to the side ( the trip was created on Little Navmap and the LNMPLN flightplan can be downloaded separately on Fligthsim.to)

The part between POI8 and POI9 is a bit confusing.

between POI8 and POI9 takes you a bit East to faciliate a nice turn over Sloten, POI9 since otherwise you would have to make a 180 turn over that city.
