I present to you my Ontario helipad pack. This is an ongoing project that will be updated over time. In this project, I have included start locations, night lights, pads, windsocks, ICAOs, POIs and a Little Nav Map file with the location of the helipads I have found in Ontario. Some locations do have buildings that have been imported from Google.
If a location has a "*" it currently will not have a working start location.
As the file is rather large, you will need to download package "A" and "B" to get all of the helipads in the pack or pick the ones you want from the pack.

Thank you for the great variety of helipads.
It was very pleasant and easy to approach and land on the helipad for the following reasons.
1 Helipad (Heliport) is displayed on the world map and LNM.
2 Trees along the approach route have been cut down.
3 The helipad (helipad) is illuminated.
4 The helipad (helipad) has a wind sock.
5 Since EXCEL is attached, I was able to attach a memo.
CSL8: Health Sciences North Helipad now has a helipad on the world map and LNM.
Show the helipad (heliport) on the world map and LNM in CPK3 and CPL2 as well.
I had a lot of fun flying it. thank you.

Request Vancouver area hospitals and helipads.

I was debating my next location as Ontario is coming to a close. I have another 20 maybe 30 pads to do before I move on. Vancouver might be a good option. Thanks for the suggestion!

It seems all the CSVs I load have some blue helicopter image as well as the H mark. Any tip on how to get rid of them? It's not just your CSV so I'm just asking for any tip? I've looked all over the LNM tool bar. Cheers. Looking forward to when we can make the pads 'active' so we can set up a flight on them.

Hey! I'm not an expert with LNM but if you want to send me a DM with a screenshot I might** but able to help you. Sometimes it requires changing what LNM is showing you. You'd think it would be simple to find those options, but sometimes they are hidden in plain sight.
As for 'active', I'm afraid I'm not sure what you mean. The pads are fully useable now. You can land on them and navigate to and from them. However, due to a limitation in MSFS at this time, it's almost impossible to make a functional start point on a roof pad. The start point is something you can load from MSFS main menu and click fly now.
The solution I use while I'm playing is to use MDAdjustAircraft which I found here on flightsim.to (I have no affiliation with them). What I do is fly to those locations and save each pad as its own location in MDAdjustAircraft. With that, you can start anywhere in MSFS cold and dark, then enter slew mode by pressing "y", load MDAdjustAircraft, then load the saved location of the pad you want. Once you spawn there, exit slew mode by again pressing "y", and presto, you are now at your pad ready to start.
I'm hoping with the release of heli support coming up, MSFS will fix this and I can address this in future updates.

Nice work! I guess you can only land on the helipads and not take off from them? Where does that csv file go and would there be any helipads from the Niagara region in any future releases? I'm using the "MSFS2020 Map Enhancement" by He Sicong and the "Greater Toronto Area Enhancement Pack" by romandesign and for some reason the ones for Toronto aren't showing up, except for Sunnybrook as an POI.
Thanks! Currently, these helipada are set up only for you to land on not to take off from. You can set a custom point close by and slew yourself to the pad. At a later update I may look at start locations.
The CSV file is for little nav map. It gets imported to show you where the pads are. You can also search for them in game using the icaos provided.
Niagara and area are the next that I'm working on. If you look at the second screenshot, the blue dots are the WIP for the next release. I have just finished the pad in the falls behind the fire department.
As for conflicts, I don't use those two mods but can't see why they would conflict. Currently in Toronto there is only Sunnybrook. The next closest is Hamilton. I will be adding more to The Toronto area in future releases.

great work, do you have 1 for Windsor Ont ?

Thanks so much! I was hoping to find anything in Windsor. However, I cant seem to locate any helipads in Windsor, medical or otherwise. I will keep looking and if I find one, it will be added.

great work thanks. Could look at Sualt Ste Marie General and HSHN Blind River.

I'm planning on adding as many Ontario hospitals as I can. The Sualt is on the list and so is blind river. I'm currently working on some pads in eastern Ontario before heading northwest.

MSFS won't install at all, is it waiting compatibility?
Hey there. Im not sure what you mean when you say msfs wont install? I cannot offer any support for the sim itself. For these files to work, simply drag them into your community folder.
