This Mask consists of a number of templates to fit the Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo devices as well as fit the various knobs and buttons on the X-Touch Mini. The labels have been made in accordance with a custom made Spad.Next profile for the 737. I made good use of Les O'Reilly's excellent video guides to provide me with the appropriate mapping (via 'Online snippets') to the four devices I use (HC Alpha, Bravo, Logitech Radio Panel and X-Touch Mini).
Then, I printed the label sheet out using a B&W Laser printer, on 'Quill' Stationery 200GSM 01 White Board (the board giving sufficient stiffness rather than paper), and used various compass cutters and knives to cut out the holes.
My intention is to make similar masks for further profiles as new aircraft emerge.
The (original X-Touch - Prior to v1.4) labels applied as follows:
1. X-touch Mini mask goes around the rotating knobs/push buttons and main pushbutton bank (Layer A shown by primary labels, Layer B in smaller font).
In the original version, in layer A, the rotating knobs enable ALT setting, NAV Mode and Range, Auto Brake, Lighting - both panel and flood, and engine starting switches.
In layer B, the same knobs provide Pressurisation Flt and airport, Minimums, NAV2 CRS setting.
V1.2 improves/changes many of the functions. The pushbuttons on the rotary switches now provide for Heading Sync (Short press), STD/Long press (standardising Baro Press), CTR /Airports, TFC/Terrain, VHF2 comms/VOR/ADF1 swap, Fuel switches/Lighting, XPDR (only Layer B). The top and second row button events have been better placed and now largely in the order of use according to my 737 checklists, with a few additional functions. Short presses turn them on, and long presses turn them off (or On/Auto whichever needed). The lower left button is used for MASTER CAUTION (short press) and RECALL of Annunciator lights (long press).
V1.3 changed the Parking brake to a button, instead of a switch on the Bravo, to save having to change the switch when releasing the brake.
2. Alpha labels include MAST BATT, IRS NAV ALLIGN, STAB TRIM and SEAT BELT sign, with the rotary switch mapped to Rwy Turn-off lights.
3. Bravo labels to suit flap axis (Up, 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 25, 30, 40), and switches to include A/C packs/fans, Engine Bleeds and Generators, Ground Power, then 3 switches for APU Start/stop, Gens and Bleed.
v1.1 adapts the functions, adding several new ones such as doors 1L, 2L, Cargo fwd and Aft, Clock.
v1.2 improves and adds many functions, streamlines events in line with 737 checklist items to assist cockpit flow.
v1.3 improves again, minor changes.
v1.4 Major upgrade - My HC Bravo incr/decr selector stopped working so I added the autopilot functions to the X-Touch and re-worked the whole mask to improve use.
Level A X-Touch
1. Knobs now control Baro, ND Mode and Range, then CRSE, IAS, HDG, ALT, VS. The buttons on the knobs now control HDG SYNC, CTR, TFC VHF2 then IAS, HDG SEL, ALT HLD and VS.
2. Buttons now control LVL CHG, SPD INTV, VNAV, VOR LOC, APPR, LNAV, ALT INTV and AP MSTR ON, with second row CAUT/Recall (long push), PARK BRAKE, A/THROT, FLT DIRS, YAW DMP, A-ICE, CLOCK.
Level B X-Touch
1. Knobs now control PRESS FLT & GRND, MINIMUMS, WIPERS (when they're activated by Asobo), BANK ANGLE, AUTO BRK, ENGINE IGN/START.
2. Buttons now control Emerg LTS, HYD PUMPS, WINDOW HT, PROBE HT, TRIM AIR, TRIP REST, MFD-ENG DISPLAY with second row DOOR 1L/AIRSTAIRS (long push), DOOR2L, CARGO DOORS, GEAR AND ALT HORNS, MFD-SYS DISPLAY. AND TRANSPONDER IDENT.
On the X-Touch slider control, I have mapped cockpit lighting for PANEL (level A) and FLOOD (Level B).
Awesome work, thanks for sharing. Do you happen to have your profile or snippets published? I like the idea of the Transponder/TCAS switch but can't find a snippet for it. Thanks.

thanks.....would you believe I'm trying to map it myself at this minute. I think it can be done OK, and would be really valuable..I can get the rotary switch to move the XPDR code up or down, but it's not right yet.
