Early land-based Naval test aircraft pilots didn't have them, however all current fleet-based F-35C pilot helmets have the white reflective tape applied to them, as do those for the pilots of VX-9.

I honestly had no idea idea i never checked that. I don't even know how to change that and don't recall ever changing it in the first place. I'll try and look around for a fix for that appreciate you pointing that out.
