Northwest Arctic Borough - South Strips:
This will give you eight all new, real-life landing strips, in some very different locations through-out the eastern part of the Northwest Arctic Borough.
None of these eight strips excisted in MSFS before, and they do not have ICAO's in real life so, the five-letter identifiers is something I have given them.
Killak (NAB05) (66.7896, -156.0530)
This was just a green blob in msfs – so all ground textures are new.
In real-life, this is apparently a fantastic fishing place.
SunCampMine (NAB06) (67.0214, -155.1480)
Small tent camp, right next to the curvy Beaver Creek
LittleKobukSanddunes (NAB07) (67.0304, -158.3167)
GreatKobukSandDunes (NAB08) (67.0273, -158.8020)
(two strips= @Niaktuvik Creek and @Ahnewetut Creeek)
Who would have thought that you could visit a dessert in Alaska. But these gigantic sand dunes makes that possible. A very popular site to visit.
Ulneak Creek (NAB10) (67.3994, -156.8434)
Ambler River (NAB11) (67.4421, -156.8605)
Upper Ambler (NAB12) (67.5065, -156.8229)
These tree strips are used to pickup and deliver, goods and people that visit the Schwatka mountain ranges.
I can recommend doing a supply run from 'Kobuk' (PAOB) or 'Dahl Creek' (PODC) – fly up north, passing 'Bornite Upper' (PABB) and the Ambler Lowlands, after that - fly up the valley along the Ambler river ...all the way to Upper Ambler (NAB12) passing NAB10 + NAB11 on the way...
Do it on a cold, but clear day ...absolutely beautiful :D
You know you are at the right spots when you see the supplys I delivered earlier ;)
Hint: Using 'Lttle Nawmap' makes finding these small strip so much easier ...

The Northwest Arctic Borough, the second largest borough in Alaska, covering 40,749 square miles (105,540 km2) of land and water. The region experiences a transitional climate, characterized by long, cold winters and cool summers. Temperatures range from -52 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit (-46 to 30 degrees Celsius).
The region is home to approx. 7715 people, many of these are totally dependent on transporting people and goods by air.
Hope you enjoy the airport.
Happy Flights.

But where is NAB09? Is this near NAB08? Niaktuvik Creek and Ahnewetut Creek?
Best regards
