This is a livery based on the original N861AF (a Grob 120A) which is used by the 3rd German Air Force Training Squadron (3. Deutsche Luftwaffenausbildungsstaffel or 3.DtLwAusbStff) to perform basic training to Luftwaffe candidates.
Located in Goodyear Arizona, the Lufthansa Airline Training Center used to provide the service for the German goverment, sharing the same training as Lufthansa pilots. In 2020 Lufthansa gave up the training facilities which transformed into the UNited Aviate Academy. While the Training Squadron continues to operate from the same facility, it is unclear what the current relationship with Lufthansa is, since they kept using the same planes and, while the Lufthansa logos disappeared, the Livery kept the basic colors.
