Thank you, thank you, thank you! One of the biggest things I missed about MSFS 2010 was soaring with Peter Lurkin's genius wind/lift mods. 2020 comes along a they really missed the mark on soaring. Thermals were...ok, ridge lift was terrible, not at all realistic. You've nailed it! I just got a tow out of Minden, thermaled/ridged up to about 13,000 then shot over the mountains to Truckee...carrying a bit speed flew under the Highway 267 bridge over the Truckee River and landed on runway 11 at Truckee! All without spilling my cocktail--brilliant! I used to do this alot as a teen in RL (minus the bridge and cocktail part) and in VR, with your mod, you've brought soaring back to me (hung up my RL flying wings years ago). Gotta go, there's a hang glider and the sandy dunes of Monterey calling me....thanks again. David

Great work... I am now recommending these excellent weather presets to everyone who downloads one of my MSFS default glider realism mods. They make flying gliders in MSFS so much more realistic and enjoyable!

This mod is amazing. I highly suggest you download it. You will never go back to microsofts crap defaults again. Floyd's clouds are integral to simming guys and girls. I didn't know what to think, but after using it for the first time, it is well worth all the great reviews.
